Front Office Assistant

As Front Office Assistant, you will assist in daily Front Office operations and work with customers and Guests as part of a project used to demonstrate your abilities to work in the hotel management sector. A Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, handle inquiries and concerns, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records, handle transactions, and provide administrative support to the Front Office Manager.
- Resolve guest complaints, escalate complex issues, monitor front desk security, and follow procedures for emergencies.
- Other administrative duties in nature.
**Location**: LoVita Hotel Kuantan, Pahang
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
