Stock Admin

1. Daily data collect and key in.
2. Maintain and organize physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval.
3. Assist in stock order and in or out transfer processes, including monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and updating stock records.
4. Follow up on pending tasks and assignments, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with team members.
5. Supporting the supervisor in the course of their duties.
6. Any other task as required by immediate superior time to time
7. Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
8. Required Laguage (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin is an advantage for this position.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
