Human Resource Officer

**Job Responsibility**
- Plan and develop HR strategies to achieve company goals.
- Develop and maintain performance management systems to evaluate employee productivity.
- Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and provide counseling as needed.
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Update employee records, including payroll, benefits, and attendance.
- Develop and enforce company policies and code of conduct
**Job Requirements**
- Fluency in English / Malay
- Mandarin verbal proficiency is a strong advantage
- Minimum 2 years Experience in Recruitment and HR Coordination
- Proven abilities to manage recruitment platforms and campus recruitment
