IT OPERATIONS & SERVICE DESK (LEVEL 1)

**Scope of Work**:

- Resolve basic hardware, software & network issues (Level 1 support)
- Act as first point of contact for all IT incidents & service requests

**Requirement**:
Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/related field

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (rotational shifts)

OT eligible for 5 AM shift (during Australia daylight savings)

**Basic Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,300

**Allowances**:

- Performance: RM300 (based on KPI)
- Transport (6AM shifts only)
- Shift Allowance: RM60/month
- Perfect Attendance: RM150/month

Transport not provided

Must be fit to work 5 days/week
