Manager - Payments, Partnerships, Fintech Ecosystems (Digital Projects & Business Development)

**Project Management**
- **Undertaking the roles and responsibilities to manage the projects for the Payments and Card Schemes Compliance related projects.**:
- **Collaborate with Project Management Office and stakeholders to design, develop and implement digital projects.**:
- **Leading the projects for Payments and Card Schemes Compliance related projects from inception to implementation. Ensuring the product meets the business objective and service level goals by delivering quality projects on time and budget.**:
- **Design, develop and drive digital innovation projects related to Payments.**:
- **Work closely with stakeholders i.e. product managers, sales managers, channel managers, customer servicing channels, operations, IT, service providers and terminal vendors to provide an integrated channel customer experience.**:
- **Highlight and resolve critical risks and issues associated to Payments and Card Schemes Compliance related projects.**:
- **Contribute to any other new assignment and projects assigned by the Bank from time to time.**
**Product Management**
- **Plan and carry out actions throughout the organization to get products to market.**:
- **Establish, align and prioritize the product & business requirements by working closely with the stakeholders, in order to meet the business strategy and objective.**:
- **To write detailed requirements for the existing systems/products, and future products to suit all the market demands.**:
- **Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, briefing and other mechanisms, as well as collate feedback from sales and customers.**:
- **Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.**:
- **Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates HLB across primary market segments**
**Business Development**
- **Drive initiatives to help boost the Payments and Merchant Acquiring business for the Bank (i.e. maintain and/or increase incoming volume from existing merchants, boost merchant recruitment by the merchant sales team)**:
- **Develop commercial strategies and tactical campaigns to drive merchant acquisitions.**:
- **Develop, expand and generate new business opportunities for the Payments team.**:
- **Demonstrating leadership on innovative thinking, understanding of emerging technology & customer behavioral trends, identifying opportunities within / outside the financial services industry related to Payments and Merchant Acquiring and translating them into viable digital initiatives within the Bank.**:
- **Managing relationships with external stakeholders i.e. card schemes, service providers and terminal vendors.**:
- **Raising expenditures pre-approval (i.e. CERs, EARs, PRs), Internal Memos, ITRs and SRs for the team.**:
- **Research on latest payments, merchant acquiring and card scheme trends from time to time to propose new innovative products for Payments and Merchant Acquiring.**
**Education/Qualification**
- **Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business, IT or equivalent discipline**
**Job Requirements**
- **At least 5 years of working experience in Merchant Acquiring or Payment Industry, or any Financial Institution related field.**
