We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Partnership Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clientele. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. The goal is to drive sustainable growth and forging strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership
- Developing a strong understanding on clients and partners offerings and business models
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Resolve complex issues and new strategic development with each partner together across teams and functions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experiences in strategic partnerships/BD
- Experience working with a familiarity of B2B & B2B2C models
- Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about strategic partnerships
- Strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and business trend and excellent communication skills.
- Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
- A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
- Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
