**Overall Job Responsibility**
- Assist manager(s) in full spectrums of HR activities /a specific HR function.
- Implementation of HR policy and procedure, and support the team to achieve departmental objectives, generate reports to support management decisions
- Responsible to assist HR & Admin Department implementation and monitor employee benefit and in developing, implementing and enforcing
**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring / Checking Employee attendance (included leave record)
- Monthly Payroll
- Transfer attendance record to Payroll system (TMS to eHRMS)
- Cross check hard copy attendance against system record
- Double check OT hours & amount
- Update & Record medical claim Assist to distribute payslip to operator SMM policies, Employee benefit & Welfare, update memo / group news letter, Production working calendar & public holiday list Head Count record data (new HC + transfer)
- Update Departmental / Organization Chart Coordination of interview Update recruitment tracker Plant activities
- Sport activities -Town Hall -others festival celebration
- Market survey by phone, i.e. : increment / bonus / benefit Conduct Orientation (level 3-5) / Exit interview (level 3)
- Prepare appraisal form for (level 3 -5), Admin (Cleaning monitoring : Office, wash room, Office pantry, lobby)
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
