Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, government agencies, educational institutions, and NGOs.

Propose and pitch tailored urban farming projects to potential partners aligned with CSR/ESG objectives.

Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients and collaborators to meet sales and partnership targets.

Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to develop customized proposals and project frameworks.

Coordinate and attend meetings, site visits, presentations, and community engagement events.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Track industry trends, funding opportunities, and policy changes relevant to urban farming and sustainability.

Support the preparation of project proposals, investment decks, and impact reports for partners.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or project sales, preferably in sustainability, agriculture, or tech-related sectors.

Strong networking and negotiation skills with a proven track record in closing deals or forming partnerships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English.

Proactive, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Passion for sustainability, agriculture, and community impact is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills

Experience working with CSR/ESG teams or government-linked programs.

Familiarity with agri-tech, smart farming, or environmental solutions.

Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.

Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
