**Responsible**:
- Responsible for coordinating all international shipments and to coordinate with respective departments on cost and client quotation checks.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
**Requirement**:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as a customer service job specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, and Bahasa Melayu
- Priorities will be given to mandarin speaker as to need align with International Clients.
- Required skills: Computer literate, good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
