We are seeking a driven **Export Sales & OEM Manager** to secure and manage overseas distributors, agents, and OEM clients within the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Supplement products.

This role plays a key part in **expanding our global presence** and achieving export **sales targets**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture l**ong-term relationships** with international clients.
- Represent the company at i**nternational trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.**:

- Identify and secure overseas partners for **brand representation or OEM manufacturing.**:

- Negotiate, manage, and maintain distributor, agent, or OEM agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales) to support client requirements and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct market research to assess new export opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Achieve export sales targets and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or OEM account management—preferably in supplements, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of international sales, contract negotiation, and OEM/distribution models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage international client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Market research skills and knowledge of export/import regulations.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual ability is a plus
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- OEM Sales or International Business Development: 4 years (preferred)
- Supplements, FMCG or Health Care industry: 4 years (preferred)
- involvement in Trade Show & Exhibition : 4 years (preferred)
