Human Resources Executive

**Job Scope**:
- **Training & Development**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs (internal, external, and onboarding).
- Maintain training records, schedules, and reports.
- Track employee training progress and manage training budgets.
- **HR Administration**:
- Prepare HR-related letters (e.g., transfer, promotion, confirmation).
- Manage employment verification, contract extensions, and resignations.
- Oversee ID badge issuance, e-leave system, and staff confirmations.
- **Employee Central (EC) System**:
- Update employee data (new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.).
- Conduct monthly audits of FTE data.
- Manage recruitment processes in the EC system.
- **Compensation & Benefits**:
- Oversee health insurance, medical claims, and SOCSO claims.
- Ensure timely payments for insurance and health metrics.
- Assist employees with insurance claims and benefit-related inquiries.
- **Recruitment**:
- Handle pre-employment checks, offer letters, and hiring documentation.
- Arrange and participate in interviews as needed.
- Communicate with recruiters and new hires on employment matters.
- Update employee details in the company system.
- **HR & Operations Audit**:
- Assist in ISO/TAPA audits and ensure HR documentation is in order.
- **General**:
- Support employee engagement activities (e.g., annual dinner, staff events).
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent and have at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience with exposure to general Human Resources.
- A broad understanding of Human Resources concepts and analytical and logical thinking is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Experience in training coordination and HRDF is a plus.
- Work location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
