**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for records.
- Provide support for any ongoing projects or assignments as directed by the supervisor.
- Ensure documents and information are accurately updated and well organized.
- Handle day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- **Fast learner** with the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks or systems.
- **Organized and detail-oriented**, with strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Preferably someone who able to speak in Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,701.00 per month

Work Location: In person
