Facilities Assistant

JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.
- Point of contact to receives, manages, and processes internal enquiries / work order requests from client and escalate the work within the team
- To monitor workplace shared mailbox and attend the enquiries accordingly
- Responsible for event setup request by working closely with the technicians
- Responsible to submit premise license for renewal (DBKL)
- To liaise with vendor for business card request
- Monthly meeting with client business support and administration
- To attend request for physical signage / poster preparation and printing out
- Manage multiple vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time
- To request a quotation for general building supplies, office maintenance and repair work
- To raise Work Order for approved quotation
- To ensure the building supplies, maintenance and repair work completed within the expected period of time
- To monitor the Corrigo Work Order and ensure no delay and overdue work order
- To submit monthly report of the Corrigo work order data to workplace lead
- Ensure timely submission of vendor invoices
- To raise request to corrigo account champion for vendor registration in Corrigo
