HR Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR executives.
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with various information, including new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings and etc.
- Respond to employees' inquiries and provide requested information.
- Handle telephone calls and provide necessary information.
- Assist in renew and updating company licenses (MBSP, SSM, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make timely, effective decisions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
