**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Implement and monitor the overall safety and security strategy and policy for shopping mall and projects to ensure compliance with the local legislation.
- Coordinate, and organize safety, health, and security awareness, training, and development program for the shopping mall.
- To monitor the shopping mall's overall daily safety and security operations to ensure compliance with the house rules and local legislations and regulations.
- Ensure the emergency management is ready all the time, drills are conducted on a yearly basis and the emergency equipment is being inspected and recorded.
- Liaise with government and safety & health-related bodies such as DOSH, BOMBA and Police, etc.
- To monitor in-house and outsource security team performance, deployment plan and task delegation.
- Preparing and monitoring all the safety and security-related system inspection reports such as fire panel, CCTV, clocking, monthly report etc.
- Conduct and support inspection from group level and ensure all the identified risk is communicated and closed.
- Carry out incident investigation and incident analysis to prevent reoccurrence.
- Any other task assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS**:

- Minimum Degree in Occupational Safety & Health/ Engineering or any technical degree or similar qualification related to safety & security.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience primarily in safety and security and exposure to building operations, project management, audit, and training.
- Preferably in property development, construction, building management or manufacturing industry with a significant scale of size.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations on safety and security related
- Knowledge of the Private Security Act 1971-KDN and ability to handle in-house and outsourced security operations for the asset.
- Computer Literate
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, independent, team player, organized, working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
