**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic **Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)** with a solid background in customer support. In this role, you will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring customers receive accurate information and effective solutions related to our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address customer needs and requests promptly, professionally, and accurately.
- Meet service expectations by achieving set KPIs for both service quality and productivity.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the defined SLA.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to maintaining the company’s positive reputation.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Willing to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Flexible working hours between **7:00 AM and 1:00 AM** (4 rotating shifts).
- Location**:KL Trillion**.
- Must be open to working both from home and in the office.
- Able to work 9-hour shifts (inclusive of a 1-hour meal break).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Full training will be provided.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Basic Salary**: RM3,500.00
- **Leave Entitlement**: 12 days of Annual Leave and 14 days of Medical Leave
