Plan, arrange, and monitor repair and servicing job according to schedule and handle adhoc basic.
- Sourcing, purchase, receive and record new purchase and replacement.
- Filing service report and update in records.
- To update monthly maintenance / servicing schedule.
- To issue Purchase Order to supplier for machine, equipment, or spare parts negotiation for the order.
- To contact supplier for the delivery and arrange unloading / placement.
- To collect Purchase Requisition from departmental to order spare parts or arrange service jobs (internal dept.).
- To liaise with Maintenance technicians for maintenance job.
- To handle servicing contract and renewal.
- To do yearly or new items purchased for the assets tag.
- To create a proper internal maintenance records for all internal maintenance conducted.
- To record and keep track on maintenance inventory inclusive physical stock count and update monthly.

**Job Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum Diploma or more than 2 years’ experience in office and factory administration job scope. (Machinery background will be an advantage)
- **Soft Skill**: Possess good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- **Hard Skill**: Good working knowledge in MS Office Application, SAP system.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English, Mandarin (liaise with mandarin-speaking suppliers and workers), and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mature working attitude and able to work under pressure and independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
