Executive, Branch Operation Support (Security, Admin & Fraud - Access Card)

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Building Physical Security (Access System for Banking Premises at HLT)**
- Create, modify, deactivate access credentials based on company policies and oversee administrative functions such as facilities management, office operations and procurement for access card supplies/materials.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures with in charge of physical security measure (access control system) for head office tower (HLT). Manage vendor relationships/contracts related to administrative services and
- up with Vendor Due Diligence for the sole vendor of access system and other service providers.
- Reporting to superior and stakeholders in a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure alignment on overall security protocols with the banking standards.
- Emergency response during non-working hours/days to system malfunction or false alarm trigger and troubleshoot and assist for user access issues.
- In charge for server system enhancement process (redundancy server) and security device rectification project for all the banking premises.
- Actively communicate with Building Management team in arranging temporary access for permitted works or services at banking premises.
**2. Civil Litigation (Garnishee & Mareva)**
- Attend to daily mails and enquiries from Solicitors and respond to the Garnishee Order to Show Cause (GOTSC) matters in the event of defendant(s) does not maintain an account with banking entities to ensure its comply with court's instruction within the stipulated timeline.
- Communicate, verify, process and guide for any enquiries on Garnishee Order Absolute proceedings.
- Collect documents from Mailroom, earmark the relevant accounts for GOTSC and notify the respective branch(s).
- Responsible to send official letter to Solicitor and instruct branch to do the necessary for the withdrawn matters.
- Send data support to Legal Department for an advice on queries which BOS unable to attend.
**Job Requirements**
- Malaysian citizen.
- 1 -2 years related working experience in operations. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good critical thinking with attention to details.
