Company Secretarial Executive

**Job Descriptions**:
- Assists the Manager / Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed local client companies
- Handles full set of company secretarial documents and activities
- Prepare, draft, and review all types of Company Secretarial documents including but not limited to Annual General Meeting, Annual Return, Share Transfers in a timely manner
- Communicates with other departments/ external parties independently
- Prepares resolutions and correspondence to clients for review by manager
- Maintains statutory records for clients companies
- Updates and maintain statutory register records/information
- Follows instructions from the Manager and other superiors
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- To prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairman and the other documents for all the meetings of the board of directors
- To arrange with and to call and hold meetings of the board and to prepare a correct record of proceedings
**Job Requirements**:
- Familiar with the Companies Act 2016, or the Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
- Minimum 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in related field
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
