The HR Manager oversees recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, safety, and benefits while developing and implementing HR policies, KPIs, and manpower planning to align with organizational goals. They analyze compensation trends to ensure fair salary structures, pay equity, and talent retention, and manage executive compensation packages within governance guidelines. The role involves ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws, advising management on disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee matters

**Job description**
- Oversee full HR functions: recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training, safety, and benefits.
- Develop and implement **HR policies, Department KPI**, procedures, and manpower planning.
- Analyze compensation trends using data tools for salary, pay equity, and talent retention.
- Manage executive compensation packages (salary, bonuses, etc.) while meeting governance and shareholder requirements.
- Review and ensure compliance with HR and administrative policies and procedures.
- Advise management on disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee matters as per labor laws.
- Handle daily HR operations and additional tasks assigned by management.

Collaborate with managers to address competency gaps and develop training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in establishing company policies and setting KPIs for all departments is required.
- A Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Must be able to work independently, be proactive, self-motivated, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
