The Telemarketing Manager of Enterprise Business is responsible to lead and optimize outbound call engagement across Asian markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Etc). This role is pivotal in converting marketing generated responses into qualified opportunities and supporting partner growth across the enterprise product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage telemarketing campaigns targeting responses from official website inquiries, document downloads, webinars, and marketing events.
  • Engage with diverse customer segments including SMBs, resellers, and end-users. Promote Huawei Enterprise products such as Storage, Datacom, Video Conferencing products and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers for handover to sales and channel partners. Support partner distributors with lead intelligence to drive business growth, and present daily and monthly telemarketing performance reports to the management team.
  • Planning marketing advertisement placement, including campaigns, promotions. Responsible to optimize the digital marketing channels, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy to maximize lead generation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing and related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Demand Generation role with proven successful telemarketing or sales operations in enterprise IT/tech sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures and regions.
  • Familiarity with Huawei enterprise products or similar enterprise technologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is required. In addition, the ability to communicate in the local language(s) of the respective country of work (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines) is highly preferred to facilitate effective engagement with local customers and stakeholders.
  • Fully understanding of Enterprise Business and ICT related knowledge, e.g. digital transformation in different industries.
  • Team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and project management skill.
  • Problem solving client queries in an efficient manner through your knowledge of our products and platform.
