Responsibilities

  • Handle order processing, quotations and invoicing
  • Handle all inbound sales enquiries and sales administration
  • Assist in day-to-day operation work for general admin activities
  • Data entry, documents filing and prepare delivery schedule report
  • Update Statement of Account for key account customers
  • Tasks and duties assign from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients & suppliers
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, good communication skills. SQL is an added advantage.
  • Excel knowledge – intermediate/advance
  • Based in Setia Sentral
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
