What you'll be doing?
  • Lead and develop a team: Oversee daily administrative operations and manage a team of staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage procurement and inventory: Ensure the timely procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Coordinate logistics and support: Provide comprehensive support for expatriate staff, including accommodation and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
  • Foster an inclusive environment: Bridge communication between Malaysian and Chinese staff, fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Coordinate company licensing and permits, ensuring timely submission and full regulatory compliance.
  • Develop administrative policies: Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures aligned with company standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR: Work closely with the HR department to organize company events and activities, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of administrative management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in new factory setup, licensing, and renovation projects.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills with a service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Office management knowledge: Solid understanding of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Language proficiency: Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin is preferred, enhancing communication and collaboration within the team.
