Job Role Summary:
The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations and providing
administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
. This role involves handling documentation, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting payroll, training, and employee engagement functions.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in recruitment activities:
job posting, interview scheduling, and document collection. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical files and the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the planning and execution of company events, employee training, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks .
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in HR (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN). - Language:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. - Discretion & Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion. - Organizational Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
