Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Post job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, warning letters, and promotion letters.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize internal events, feedback sessions, and employee surveys.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate complex issues to senior HR.
  • Support initiatives that improve employee morale and retention.
  • Performance Management:
  • Coordinate performance review cycles.
  • Assist managers in setting KPIs and collecting appraisal feedback.
  • Track probation period assessments and confirm permanent employment status.

Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Schedule training sessions and maintain attendance and feedback records.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.

Attendance & Leave Management:

  • Monitor attendance and leave records using HR software or manual systems.
  • Ensure leave policies are correctly followed and documented.

Payroll Coordination:

  • Liaise with finance to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Validate employee data for payroll including leaves, deductions, commissions and overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
