Here at Omniraise, we understand. So we have designed our very own training module, the Omniraise Business Academy, to ease the transition for all our new colleagues. This 3 month program will be delivered to you by HRDF approved trainers and will earn you some certification as well. During these 3 months, you will receive approximately 30 hours of training worth up to RM2,000 in training value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the general public to educate and motivate them to support our partners on a long term basis
  • Promote our partner's causes with your team to achieve personal and team weekly sales targets
  • Raise awareness for our partners on their causes around the world and their advocacy work in Malaysia
  • Provide motivation and skills training to new colleagues once you have shifted to a senior in the team
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures as per our Core Values & Code of Conduct

  • Attractive salary package including commission (RM 2,200 - RM 3,300) / month. (Our top earners receive up to 60% in Bonuses on top of their monthly payment every month)

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Possesses good communication skills and enjoys meeting people
  • Energetic, Motivated, Self Disciplined & Responsible
  • Target and Goal oriented
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
