  • To study drawings and specifications to understand project requirement.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
  • Preparing the necessary paper work or project related documentation regarding construction site/activities.
  • Maintain safety and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
  • To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker/sub-contractor.
  • Track and liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the project schedule.
  • Assign and supervise daily workforce for workers.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
