Job Responsibilities:
The Sales Analyst Executive delivers in-depth business insights and supports commercial strategies while collaborating closely with sales, merchandising, planning, and key account teams. In the FILA brand environment, this role generates actionable analysis that enhances product assortment, pricing, promotional effectiveness and overall sales performance.
- Analyse & Review sales performance across categories, channels, regions and major accounts for both sell-in and sell-out
- Create and constant update automated reporting dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau and Google Data Studio
- Provide weekly analytic insights on top performers, slow movers, margin performance, and stock inventory productivity
- Conduct seasonal post-mortem analysis and present findings to the Sales & Merchandising teams.
- Contribute to assortment planning by providing SKU-level recommendations based on data insights.
- Monitor distributor and key account performance results against targets, identifying risks and potential growth areas.
- Assist in pricing analysis, promotional analysis, and competitiveness benchmarking.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams.
- Participate in monthly buyer meetings to gain deeper insight into their market needs and reporting expectations.
- Ensure data accuracy by maintaining master data, validating sales reports and troubleshooting system/reporting issues.
Requirement:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business/Analytics/Finance/Statistics or equivalent.
· –5 years experience in sales/retail/merchandising analysis, ideally in sports, fashion, FMCG or retail.
· Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
· Good understanding of sell-through metrics, OTB, inventory flow and retail operations.
· Able to present insights clearly to management-level stakeholders.
· Occasional local and overseas travel is required for business needs.
