Our client DeGem Masterpiece Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive (Petaling Jaya) to join their team
What you'll be doing?
  • Deliver exceptional service: Provide personalized assistance and share expert product knowledge to create memorable experiences for clients.
  • Drive sales performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting product offerings and contributing to the team's success.
  • Maintain showroom excellence: Ensure the showroom and product displays meet the highest standards of presentation, creating an inviting atmosphere for clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks: Process transactions accurately and maintain detailed records to support smooth operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related discipline are welcome to apply.
  • Relevant experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality, within luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with Mandarin or Cantonese as an added advantage to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
  • Interpersonal abilities: Possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality to engage with clients and team members.
  • Sales-driven mindset: Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Flexible schedule: Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours to meet customer needs.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in jewelry sales or qualifications such as GG, GIA, or Jewelry Design is beneficial.
