HR Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Scheduling:
- Manage the Manager's professional calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors for the management team.
- Prepare reports, presentations (PowerPoint), and confidential correspondence.
2. General Administration:
- Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) for business documents and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents or business proposals as required by the Executive.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, client visits, or internal team trainings.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or errands as requested by the management.
3. Liaison & Communication:
- Act as the bridge between the Manager and other departments (HR, Sales, Warehouse) to ensure clear communication.
- Welcome VIP guests and clients professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
