Site Supervisor

Responsible for the daily management and supervision of the company's construction project sites,

Ensuring that project quality, safety, and progress meet company and client requirements.

Suitable for candidates aged 30 and above with experience in construction or civil engineering, strong execution, and a high sense of responsibility.

Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with drawings, schedules, and safety regulations.

Coordinate material supply and equipment utilization to ensure smooth construction.

Inspect construction quality and promptly resolve on-site issues.

Record construction progress, materials used, and site access.

Report daily progress and issues to the project manager.

Assist with completion inspections and project handover.

Age 30 and above (Architecture/Civil/Engineering majors preferred).

Familiarity with construction drawings, construction regulations, and safety requirements.

Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.

Ability to independently handle construction site activities.

CIDB/NIOSH/SSS certification preferred.
