About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across social media platforms, responding to customer support emails, and providing basic troubleshooting for app-related issues. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting marketing efforts online.

Key Responsibilities:


• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media platforms and customer support emails.

• Assist customers with app-related questions and troubleshoot common technical issues.

• Maintain and update customer interaction records.

• Support the marketing team by managing content scheduling and responding to social media engagement.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve the app experience and marketing efforts.

• Liaise with external parties and vendor to update menu pricing and details across both the mobile app and POS system.

• Issue vouchers as required for promotions, refunds, or customer compensation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working with mobile app interfaces and basic technical troubleshooting.

• Ability to manage multiple platforms and inquiries simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.

• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is highly desirable.

Requirements:


• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, social media management, or marketing support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (an advantage).

• Comfortable working with mobile app interfaces, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM or helpdesk tools.

• Ability to manage multiple platforms and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing trends.

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an added advantage.

• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays on a rotational basis when campaigns are active.
