Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and knowledgeable Senior Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide and support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through personalized workout programs, proper technique coaching, and motivation in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized training plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Lead individual and group training sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Motivate and support clients to maintain consistency and achieve progress.
  • Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits and basic nutrition (non-prescriptive).
  • Monitor client performance, track progress, and adjust training plans accordingly.
  • Ensure the gym and training areas are clean, safe, and organized.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and build positive client relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a fitness trainer, personal trainer, or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, human anatomy, and fitness program design.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients with different fitness levels.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
