Job Description / Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all import and export shipments (sea, air, and land).
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).
  • Track and update shipment status to customers and management.
  • Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery to destination.
  • Communicate with international partners, suppliers, and clients to handle daily logistics matters.
  • Support cost optimization, shipment planning, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain shipment records and reports using internal logistics systems.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional language skills (Russian, Malay, or Chinese) are a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 18:00
