Administration Executive

- Handle daily administrative tasks including office supplies, documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support HR function in areas such as onboarding, staff records, leave management, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Oversee office management, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and company asset management.
- Develop and implement office SOPs, policies, and process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage company documentation, filing systems, insurance, licensing, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate internal events, meetings, travel bookings, company logistics. team activities, and company announcements.
- Prepare admin reports, budgeting, cost-saving initiatives, and approval of admin expenses.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers; handle purchasing and payment follow-ups.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles. Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Social-media-savvy, familiar with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn for internal communications or light marketing coordination.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and vendors).
