Job Specification :

  • Manage and perform the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally and promptly.
  • Identify, source, and arrange training courses to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Maintain and update HR-related records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and improve existing processes, workflows, and documentation to boost productivity.
  • Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies, and labor laws.
  • Handle any additional duties assigned by superiors and management.
  • Foreign Workers Management - To ensure the passport/ work permit/ employment pass/ visa application and renewal, special pass, check-out memo for the foreign workers are active by liaising with agent and immigration officers.
  • To in-charge, handling, suggest, solve and rectify foreign workers' grievances or complaints.

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in HR/ Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience with relevant exposure, specifically foreign worker management.
  • Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multi tasks under pressure.
  • An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A good team player.
  • Able to start work immediately will be prioritized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
