Mission (About the Role)

• You will join PSSC team where we transform and tailor our solution supply chain strategic to meet our customer needs.
• This role will act as liaison between procurement teams, execution team and other internal stakeholders. You will be developing and maintaining vendor relationships, ensure quality assurance from our supplier.
  

What will you do?

• To create manual ERF/E request form from our system (Email or Service Provide E-Maintenance portal) to potential vendors in participating new business opportunity.
• Resolving discrepancies on factory and supplier invoices to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of necessary materials.
• Maintain updated records of purchase, supplier information, saving details and accurate monthly data.
• Participate in global initiatives and interact effectively with vendors and internal team.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Education: Bachelor's in Business Management/Economics/Electrical Engineering/Supply Chain related or similar
• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have Microsoft excel; Good to have SAP/Oracle/Tableau
