As a Partnership & Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving our 'Indirect Sales' channel. You'll be instrumental in building our market share and activating lead generation efforts through cultivating key partnerships and impactful events. Our diverse network of partners, including channel partners and resellers, are vital to our success, acting as Eats365's local representatives. You'll nurture these relationships, ensuring their success by helping them understand and champion Eats365's vision and products.
Furthermore, you'll engage with our growing ecosystem of approximately 100 global solution partners – third-party apps integrated into our platform. Your role will involve identifying new solution partners that complement our offerings and collaborating with them on joint strategies to penetrate markets, including running co-promotions and events. What You'll Do
- Own and drive Indirect Sales (Partnerships, Business Development & Offline Marketing) for Eats365.
- Identify, develop, and grow our ecosystem of partners, including Channel Partners/Resellers and Solution Partners.
- Align with Channel Partners on sales targets based on company goals, conducting monthly reviews and providing regular feedback to foster their success.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Eats365 solution and the F&B tech landscape in your assigned markets to identify our unique strengths and competitive advantages.
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to new partners, highlighting what makes Eats365's products stand out.
- Leverage and collaborate with our existing portfolio of Solution Partners to develop and execute mutually beneficial strategies.
- Work closely with counterparts in other markets to share insights, best practices, and drive localized partnership-building initiatives.
- Stay abreast of trends in F&B and technology to proactively identify new partnership opportunities that strategically enhance our solution ecosystem.
