Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of the recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including confirmation, transfer, and resignations process.
- Manage monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely submission of statutory contributions and payments.
- Monitor and manage HR documentation including contracts, leave records, employee benefits, staff claims, and medical claims.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensure the HRIS systems database is up to date.
- Manage group insurance notification for joiners and leavers, renewals, and medical insurance claims.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs and procedures to ensure alignment with company directives and compliance with statutory requirements under the Employment Act.
- Provide support for both international and domestic employee transfers, and manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate and manage HRDC training programs including training grant and claim applications.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist/HR Executive.
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and related statutory requirements.
- Familiar with SunFish HRIS will be an added advantage.
- Strong ethics with a high level of integrity and an ability to manage confidential data.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Competent with Microsoft applications i.e., Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
