Job Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage overseas business partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to strengthen SynVista's international presence.
  2. Market Expansion: Expand overseas sales channels, gather market intelligence, and actively pursue new project opportunities in Southeast Asia and beyond.
  3. End-to-End Sales Leadership: Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract finalization to deal closure.
  4. Market Strategy: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer requirements to shape sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  6. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (engineering, operations, and marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in international sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in developing new markets, closing complex B2B sales, and managing large-scale international projects.
  • Strong familiarity with the Southeast Asia market; additional experience in Europe, the Americas, Japan, or Oceania is highly advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of the energy storage industry (technologies, products, applications, and market demand).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, German, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and regional business development.
