Job Description

a) Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities

b) Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and leveraging digital marketing strategies.

c) Relationship Building: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning tech products or services as solutions.

d) Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the tech offerings to potential clients.

e) Negotiation: Engaging in negotiation processes to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation.

f) Market Analysis: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

g) Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

h) Customer Engagement: Maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

i) Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and forecasts to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.

j) Product Knowledge: Acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the tech products or services offered by the company to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.

k) Adaptability: Staying agile and adapting sales strategies based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and shifts in the tech landscape.

l) Closing Deals: Effectively closing deals and achieving sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the tech company.

m) Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from clients and conveying insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.

n) Networking: Actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and generate leads.

o) Sales Pipeline Management: Managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring effective tracking of leads and opportunities.

p) Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Business Administration, Economics or Finance

· 3 years of experience in developing property and ecosystem business with solid understanding of achieving a successful business and strong management practice

· Proven business growth and results driven leadership, mindset and behaviours

· Proven to lead and manage a team, work under time-bound pressure and handle multiple projects

· Superior interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills

· Solid negotiation and influencing skills

· Highly organized and attention to details oriented

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and people organisational skills

· Good computer literacy

Expected Join Date: January 2026

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
