Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Training, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for overseeing training programs, developing and implementing training initiatives, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, the role involves supervising the training team, ensuring effective communication within the team, and delivering excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager Training will also be involved in continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Training & Development abilities
- Strong Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in conducting and implementing Training programs
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
