● MARKET RESEARCH & STRATEGIC ANALYSIS

a. Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas, customer needs, and emerging industry trends within the calibration and measurement services market..

b. Analyze market conditions and competitors to identify threats, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.

c. Prepare comprehensive market reports and strategic insights to support the company's growth strategy.

d. Work with management to develop and adjust go-to-market strategies based on research findings.

● LEAD GENERATION & PROSPECTING

a. Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, online platforms, and participation in trade events.

b. Target key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, electronics, aerospace, oil & gas, and medical devices.

c. Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline, lead status, and opportunity tracking in CRM systems

d. Qualify leads through structured prospecting techniques, ensuring alignment with the company's services and capabilities.

● SALES DEVELOPMENTAL & PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT

a. Conduct detailed needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their calibration and compliance requirements.

b. Develop customized sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in response to client inquiries.

c. Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure the proposed solutions meet technical specifications and compliance standards.

d. Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to each client's objectives.

e. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual conditions to close sales effectively and professionally.

● CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

a. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding services, updates, and issues.

b. Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients by providing consistent follow-up, performance reviews, and value-added service recommendations.

c. Conduct periodic service reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

d. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional calibration services and solutions.

● BUSINESS PLANNING & SALES PERFORMANCE

a. Contribute to the creation and execution of annual business development plans that align with company objectives.

b. Set monthly and quarterly sales goals, and track progress against KPIs including revenue targets, conversion rates, and new account growth.

c. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for senior management review.

d. Collaborate with management to refine pricing strategies, service packages, and value propositions based on client demand and market competitiveness.

● NETWORKING & INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT

a. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, technical seminars, industry conferences, and professional networking events.

b. Promote the brand by building and maintaining a network of business contacts, strategic partners, and influencers.

c. Actively seek out speaking or sponsorship opportunities to enhance company visibility within target markets.

● COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS

a. Coordinate with technical, customer service, and operations departments to ensure service quality and timely delivery of calibration projects.

b. Provide the internal team with accurate and up-to-date client information, job scopes, and project timelines.

c. Work cross-functionally to resolve client issues efficiently and propose solutions that meet both client expectations and internal capabilities.

● MARKET INTELLIGENCE & RISK ASSESSMENT

a. Track competitors, pricing models, and service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

b. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales, service delivery, and marketing efforts.

Assist in strategic planning through regular updates on market developments and risks
