Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-impact business strategies to expand international

market presence and drive sales growth.
- Lead and mentor internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of global

shipments, quotation preparation, and client satisfaction.
- Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and

negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies,

freight forwarders, and trade regulators.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer service

(CS) processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.
- Identify emerging markets and business opportunities through in-depth market and

competitor analysis.
- Negotiate high-value agency agreements and contracts to strengthen global

partnerships.
- Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations

for continuous business growth.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Solid knowledge of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation
  • Hands-on experience in
    import & export operations
  • Familiar with
    preparing and handling quotations
    for clients
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and achieving measurable results
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, carriers, and clients
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
