Car Sales Advisor

Sales Manager / Branch Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand automobiles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins where applicable.
  • Turn prospective customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and aligning them with suitable car models.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and take customers on test drives.
  • Explain warranties, services, and other relevant details to customers.
  • Close sales by addressing objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchase contracts.
  • Provide sales management with accurate reports and updates.
  • Assist with showroom setup and display arrangement to enhance customer experience.
  • Continuously update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Enhance dealership reputation by taking ownership of requests and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of automobiles and automotive market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Professional and presentable appearance.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to continuously learn.
