Role Description
The CPS Executive will assist in analyzing business data, preparing reports, and coordinating strategic projects to drive organizational growth, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Planning & Strategy
- Assist in formulating annual business plans, departmental goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the preparation and review of company OKRs, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making and business improvement initiatives

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze the company's performance against set objectives and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission of performance data and progress updates.
- Prepare management dashboards, charts, and presentations for management review meetings.
Project Management & Business Development
- Support strategic projects and new business initiatives, including feasibility studies and proposal development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operations, finance, and strategic goals.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure completion within scope and budget.
Corporate Governance & Documentation
- Maintain documentation related to corporate policies, strategic initiatives, and business continuity plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, corporate standards, and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalization, and cost optimization.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational performance and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in corporate planning, business strategy or data analysis.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is an advantage.
