With a strong presence in Southeast Asia, we are expanding our team and looking for a talented Sales Executive to help drive growth in Malaysia and across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients in Malaysia, particularly in the bakery, beverage, dairy, and nutraceutical sectors.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers in Malaysia.
  • Promote and sell our range of high-quality flavoring solutions to food and beverage manufacturers.
  • Execute sales strategies to drive turnover and increase market share.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential partners in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Business or related subjects
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Network and relationships within the F&B industry in Malaysia is a plus.
  • Proven technical sales experience with the ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Malaysia and Southeast Asia if required.
