Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Sales Manager will manage and grow customer accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, leading negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction. The role will also involve analyzing market trends and preparing sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create effective strategies
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive team performance
- Fluency in English and additional languages will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
