About the role

Ecocolor Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of high-quality paints and coatings, is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bundusan Sabah. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the local market
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted promotional campaigns
  • Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Providing regular sales reports and updates to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the paints or coatings industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using sales management software and data analysis tools
  • A passion for the industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment
