HR Operation, Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, HR Operations to support and enhance our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering efficient and effective HR services. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, Malay, and Chinese to support multilingual stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, and HR records management.
- Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HRIS data.
Employee Relations
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement processes with professionalism.
- Support engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare HR reports for management including headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese
- Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
